My daughter, knitter extraordinaire, Devon had a link on her blog for a terrific project. I would love to see her friend Amy fulfill her hope of getting hats, scarves, mittens in time for the winter weather. She has a modest goal of 100 items, I think she could get 10 times that. - to help people. My dad was my mentor. He was easily the most generous person I have ever known.
I Can't Stand:
- people who harm children in any way, shape, or form. My heart breaks for abused children and the blind eyes that ignore them.
- greedy people.
- racism.
- judgemental people.
- drivers who chat on their cell phones and slow down to 10 mph to compensate.
- Costco sample hogs :-)
- people who block a main aisle and stop and have a chat.
- reading a book that has a grammatical or spelling error. Don't these people hire literate editors?
